The price refers to a vehicle for the maximum number of passengers indicated. Reservations are with immediate acceptance. Booking is easy and in a moment you can print the travel summary, which will also arrive on your e-mail.
All prices are VAT (10%) excluded.
Night rate from 22:00 to 7:00 Euro 30.00.
Don't forget to book your return transfer.
The transfer can be booked at least 48 hours in advance; the make of the vehicle used depends on availability on the date of your trip;
Pick-up
At the airport, station or port, turn on your mobile phone, usually the driver will wait for you with a sign with your name while at the hotel the driver goes to the reception and makes you call.
Supplements
In the event of flight delay without prior notice from the customer or loss of luggage after a wait of 1 hour from landing, a supplement of Euro 30.00 per hour will be applied.
For delays of more than 45 minutes, if the driver has the opportunity to wait further, a supplement of € 30.00 will be requested on the spot for each hour of waiting (unless the customer communicates it at least 2 hours before the booking time).
Travel Summary
The travel summary contains all the information on the booking and on the Local Operator carrying out the transport, including the emergency numbers and the email to contact the Operator.
Cancellations
It is possible to cancel a booked trip for any reason by communicating the cancellation directly to the Operator at the addresses indicated on the Trip Summary. No penalties are applied for cancellations made 2 days before departure, otherwise 30% of the cost of the service will be charged.
